v.1.8 - Stamina potions and towns!

Been tinkering and playtesting away at NTTD this past week and made a couple of other changes and additions, some major, some minor.

1 - As usual, I've made a few edits for clarity. 

2 - Added a Stamina potion

3 - Added a VISITING TOWN section. This is the biggest addition to the rules. I figured it would be necessary to have something to do after you've returned from a successful dungeon delve. Now you can buy and sell items at the item shop or risk your money gambling.

4 - Added an FAQ section. This will get updated as I run into any specific questions that I think players might have.
